Tech&Learning UK is pleased to announce the winners of our first ISE Best of Show Awards. Companies showing new products in Amsterdam last week submitted their entries ahead of the event and were visited at their stands by one of our judging team.
Two companies were recognised: Smart Technologies for SMART kapp and iBoardTouch for the iBoardTouch DigiClass.
SMART kapp, which is a Bluetooth-enabled dry-erase board, marker and eraser, allows content to be captured digitally and shared to any browser-enabled device.
According to our judge: “SMART kapp uses a blend of technologies to make it easier to share content with others. It’s well designed and transforms presentations on a dry-erase board.”
iBoardTouch DigiClass software wirelessly connects up to 40 personal devices, from Android tablets and laptops, to the classroom interactive touchscreen, creating a digital classroom ready for interactive real-time collaboration.
Our judge described it as “a leap forward in classroom collaboration software, enabling multiple devices to connect and collaborate on an interactive touchscreen. Teachers will welcome its simplicity, flexibility and versatility.”
