Distributor Invision UK has announced the launch of its dedicated Training Academy. Providing technical training courses throughout the year at locations in Suffolk, Berkshire, and Cheshire, the new Academy aims to enhance dealer and installer product knowledge.
Courses are available in areas as diverse as home networking, digital media distribution, home cinema design, and RTI programming.
“It is incredibly important to us that our customers have an intimate understanding of the products we sell,” says Lance Escobar, Product Trainer at Invision UK. “Our courses cover theory as well as hands-on, practical training so that dealers can go to their customers armed with the highest quality of information. Feedback from delegates on previous courses has told us that customer meetings are far more productive as a result.”
