RCF Academy has become an AVIXA Renewal Unit (RU) Provider, enabling CTS-certified professionals to earn Renewal Units through selected courses in its online training programme.
The move means eligible RCF Academy courses can now contribute towards the continuing education requirements for holders of AVIXA’s Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification, which must be renewed every three years.
RCF Academy’s online programme focuses on the technologies and engineering principles behind pro audio systems, with training covering areas including audio fundamentals, system design, line array technology, RDNet, measurement and optimisation, subwoofer configurations, amplification and system deployment.
Developed around real-world audio applications, the courses are designed to build practical knowledge of sound system design, configuration and performance while allowing participants to complete their training online.
As an approved RU Provider, RCF Academy can assign AVIXA Renewal Units to selected courses, allowing CTS holders to combine pro audio training with progress towards maintaining their certification.
