Cinos’ Wireless Site Survey Service ‘enhances connectivity’

By assessing the physical environment, potential sources of interference, and user requirements, it is designed to avoid common pitfalls

Cinos has announced the launch of its Wireless Site Survey Service, which the company says is aimed at enabling organisations to make informed decisions about their needs for a wireless network infrastructure. Through an assessment of the physical environment, potential sources of interference, and user requirements, the survey is designed to help companies avoid common pitfalls such as dead zones, signal interference, and connectivity issues.

The Wireless Site Survey will consider factors such as building layout, materials, radio frequency interference, and user density. Cinos says the holistic approach should ensure each wireless network is effectively designed, deployed, and optimised.

“In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, reliable and high-speed wireless connectivity is essential for organisations to thrive”, said James Leitch, practice director for enterprise networking and security, Cinos. “Many organisations may find themselves in a situation where they are uncertain about their current wireless network infrastructure. They may not know what equipment they have, the extent of their coverage, or whether it meets the demands of their staff and customers.”

“By partnering with Cinos, organisations can embark on their wireless networking journey with confidence, knowing that they have a trusted partner by their side every step of the way. From initial assessment to long-term planning and support, we’re here to help unlock the full potential of their wireless network infrastructure.”
