Integrator Pixel Projects expands in Singapore

The Singapore office of Pixel Projects began the move to larger and more permanent premises in the Jurong East area in the first week of October

Following a successful first few months, the Singapore office of Pixel Projects began the move to larger and more permanent premises in the Jurong East area in the first week of October. This move coincides with the appointment of several key staff members and cements the branch as now being fully operational.

The Singapore office was incorporated at the beginning of 2014 with the vision that it would act as the company’s regional HQ for the Asia Pacific region. Since then it has steadily been acquiring local clients, which have found the company’s global stance an exciting prospect for their own global operations.

The office is manned by Pixel Projects’ general manager for the Asia Pacific region, Jesse Liu, who has been instrumental in establishing and generating awareness of the company in the APAC region. He has over 20 years’ experience managing customer operations, business development and marketing within the global IT industry. Prior to joining Pixel Projects this year, Jesse has held senior management positions in various IT and related industries companies.

Liu commented: “As the world becomes smaller and the boundaries between nations and regions become blurred, multinational corporations want to deploy a standardised unified communication and conferencing system across their global office locations. Pixel Projects is one of the very few companies that has the expertise, experience and track record of this type of global deployment of AV projects. I am excited to be part of the Pixel family to drive the vigorous expansion into the APAC region.”

New additions to Liu’s team include Eric Lim as operations manager with more than 20 years involvement in AV systems and consumer electronics industries. Additionally, this month sees three new engineers join the team with more than 35 years’ AV industry experience collectively between them.

Global CEO Paddy O’Brien (pictured) commented: “Having just come back from Singapore we are very excited to have met the most recent additions to the team and various business leaders in the area. The UKTI, as with everywhere else thus far, have been invaluable and welcomed us with open arms. We would like to extend thanks the British Consulate for such a warm welcome and a significant amount of assistance in the region. The Pixel Projects team are very much so looking forward to our first event in Singapore”.

Currently Pixel Projects has fully operational offices in London, Dubai (which recently brought in a million dollars’ worth of business in a week), New York, Moscow, Singapore, Rio and Lagos. Offices due to open soon include California, Beijing and Barcelona. Following the completion of the imminent offices Pixel Projects has plans in place to establish itself in Paris, Sydney, Bahrain, Kingdom Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi.
