June edition of Installation now available

New issue includes features on immersive displays, managed systems, and ISE

The latest issue of Installation is available to read now – in print and digital formats, and also off-page on our website via links in the digital edition, where some features are extended online, often with a considerable amount of additional content.

Our cover story looks at immersive technology and how it’s influencing displays. As ever, things don’t stand still for very long in AV! Elsewhere, Covid continues to accelerate the use of AV tech in certain sectors, and it’s good to see theatreland reacting positively to the challenges of the pandemic by utilising AV kit – necessity is of course the mother of invention – alongside managed systems, which have also received a ‘Covid dividend’ it seems.

To tie in with the two regional shows in London and Barcelona and the virtual ISE Digital, we speak to a selection of AV movers and shakers about ISE past, present and future. It’s fascinating to read what everyone has to say. We also look at PA and VA technology in our latest audio pro feature; one of many scheduled for the coming months as Installation continues its mission to remain the de facto champion of pro audio.

Alongside a smorgasbord of industry commentary and interviews – thanks for your contributions everyone! – there’s also an exclusive 11-page preview of our new annual Pro AV Technology Outlook report, which is free to download now. Covering the latest insights on the challenges, opportunities, and drivers of change in the world of professional AV, the annual publication curates expert commentary from across the AV community on the state of audiovisual technology/systems adoption and deployment across the major industry verticals, and the trends and technologies that are driving innovation.

Enjoy!
