David Krall – formerly president and CEO of Avid Technology and, most recently, president and COO of Roku – has joined the board of directors at media networking solution developer Audinate.
Krall is also a member of the board of directors of Progress Software and is a board member and executive chairman of QSecure, Inc. In addition, Krall currently serves as a strategic advisor for Roku, a leading manufacturer of streaming media players.
Prior operational experience includes serving as president and COO of Roku (2010), president and CEO of QSecure (2008-2010), and president and CEO of Avid Technology (2000-2007). Prior to Avid, Krall served as v-p of engineering and as COO of Digidesign.
