Fasttel doorphone sends images to smartphone

Fasttel's latest door phone carries pictures and audio to a smartphone located anywhere globally and also features surveillance capabilities and gate control.

Fasttel’s newest door phone enables pictures and sound to be carried to a smartphone anywhere in the world. 

The product, which is on show at ISE 2012, uses a wi-fi or 3G connection to transmit pictures and relay audio of guest calling at a property. If there is no internet connection avaliable the door phone will resort to using the landline to call the user’s smartphone.

Additionally, the phone can relay images from multiple cameras, giving it survellance capabilities. Another feature includes gate control, where users can open their gates with their smartphone. Currently the functions can be carried out using an iPhone or iPad, with Fasttel intending to lauch both Android and PC versions. You’ll find them at stand Q174 at ISE 2012.
