ETC channel partners from across central and southern Europe recently got to view the company’s new Rome office as part of ETC’s annual focus event.
In a series of talks and seminars over the course of three days, delegates learned about new ETC products, projects and systems.
Part of the event centred on ETC’s latest LED fixtures, Selador Desire, which comes in a range of different options, each optimised for every type of lighting need.
Selador’s x7 Color System adds four colours to the traditional RGB mix, and is said to radically expand the colour range and power. The range was specifically designed to mix well with traditional tungsten lighting, giving lighting designers the best of both worlds. Desire’s optional red shift mode mimics the way the colour temperature of a tungsten lamp warms as it fades.
“It was good to meet so many of our customers throughout the week, and for them be able to exchange ideas between each other and our staff,” said Erik Larsen, market manager for ETC. “Our focus events give our customers the opportunity to learn more about what ETC has to offer and what’s coming up. The feedback we’ve had so far has been extremely positive. It was also a valuable opportunity for our channel to be introduced to many of the people from ETC’s offices with whom they have dealings on a day to day basis.”
ETC moved into the new, larger offices on the outskirts of Rome earlier this year, having outgrown city centre offices; this was the first time many of its customers had seen the premises, which includes a large demonstration room.
