It will feature the company’s suppliers – including Barco, Extron, Panasonic, AMX, Polycom and Sharp – with each visitor guided through the exhibition visiting each supplier in turn.
Electrosonic’s expert staff will be available to discuss the new technologies and how they can be integrated into any current facilities the visitor may be running.
Other confirmed suppliers include Christie, Samsung, Exterity, Ashton Bentley, Steljes, Pufferfish, Crestron, Helvar, iiyama, Kramer Electronics, Onelan Digital Signage and MultiTouch.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to listen to a series of short seminars and discussions, including a presentation from Electrosonic’s Managed Services business team, which is entitled ‘Managing the New and Emerging Meeting Environment. Can Your Business Processes Adjust?’
Polycom will discuss collaborative technologies and Microsoft Lync integration whilst Steljes will look at the issues and challenges of current visual collaboration solutions during their presentation ‘The World of Work has Changed Forever. Have You Changed With It?’
Demonstrations will include video display solutions, projectors, secure video conferencing, energy management solutions, web and audio conferencing and meeting facilitation tools.
