Launched by integrator Project Audio Visual (PAV), AVITdirect combines digital commerce with integration expertise. The company’s existing presence in the Netherlands through PAV provides the foundation for the European expansion.

Steve Hudson, COO at AVITdirect, said: “The goal is to create a supply chain that’s not just fast, but smart and aligned with how people actually want to purchase AV and IT technology today. We’ve proven in the UK that you can combine ecommerce efficiency with specialist insight, and now we’re ready to scale that approach.”

The platform offers a curated range of AV and IT products with local fulfilment, reduced shipping times and country-specific warranties. The company plans to onboard regional vendors to expand access to specialist products.

Vendors featured in the first phase include Audiebant, Chief, Crestron, GoBright, Huddly, LG, Neat, Samsung, Shure, Sony and Turtle AV. The platform currently features over 30 vendors.

AVITdirect provides product bundles tailored to common use cases, designed to help customers find compatible solutions. The platform is designed to support both day-to-day purchases and long-term projects.

The service is aimed at AV professionals, IT teams, educators and public sector buyers across European markets.
