1 SOUND has appointed a new distributor for India, Smato Technologies. Based in Kolkata, West Bengal, Smato Technologies is an AV distribution company with full engineering and technology design services. Smato has multiple offices throughout India and a growing network, focusing on the distribution of design-led integrated technology, specifically targeting the premium interior design and custom install community.

Smato Technologies recently launched 1 SOUND in India at the Home Expo Tradeshow in Mumbai, where Shreyans Chowdhary was also a speaker. The company showcased and demonstrated many 1 SOUND loudspeaker systems at the show. 1 SOUND’s APAC sales executive, Leonardo Dani, attended the show representing the brand and offering support to the newest distributor.
