The company has resumed its distribution of InFocus’s home cinema projectors after a brief intermission. CSE previously worked on behalf of the InFocus home cinema line for seven years, but the arrangement was suspended temporarily in 2009 while InFocus consolidated its UK sales and marketing operations.
InFocus country manager Mark Harris commented: “I’m delighted that InFocus and CSE have agreed to work together again after a brief period of restructuring. CSE’s proven expertise in the luxury home cinema market makes it once again the perfect partner for our existing and future plans.”
Speaking to IE Residential about specific objectives for the InFocus products, Harris added: “Clearly an objective will be to build on the unprecedented success we enjoyed with CSE from 2003 to 2009. On the back of new product introductions expected before Christmas we’ll be lining up highly competitive demo deals supporting CSE’s well-established relationship with CEDIA channel dealers and installers. Two new Full HD models, SP8600 and SP8604, will straddle the award-winning SP8602 to cover the strategically important £1500-£3500 price range.”
CSE’s managing director, Ian Severs, said: “We’re looking forward to rekindling the unprecedented success we enjoyed with InFocus.
