Crestron has announced that the Crestron Integration Awards 2011 for Commercial Projects is now open for entries. This year’s winners will be announced at the inaugural xSolutions trade show (London’s ExCel, October 19-20) of which Crestron is a sponsor.

According to the company, the Crestron Integration Awards consistently attract the most cutting edge and forward thinking installations, each of which, have their own unique solutions and showcase the installer’s ingenuity.

“We are very proud of the work that our integrators are completing and the Crestron Integration Awards gives us the chance to recognise and reward some of these astounding projects,” said VP of Sales and Marketing for Crestron International, Robin van Meeuwen (pictured). “This year, we will be announcing the winners at the Crestron-sponsored trade show, xSolutions. The inaugural xSolutions is a business focused show and will be the perfect platform to showcase how the latest Crestron technologies are being put to the best use.”

Custom installation aficionado and InAvate magazine editor, Chris Fitzsimmons, will also be on the judging panel for the awards and both Chris and Robin will be looking for the best integrated systems and innovative solutions across the categories.

Entries must be received before 30 September 2011 and should include projects completed between 1 July 2010 and 30 June 2011. This year the categories are:
