AV integrator Reflex has announced that the company’s Video Doctor will be available live on Facebook to answer questions on any aspect of video communications.
The Video Doctor Live Clinic will run on Monday 27 June from 12.00 noon until 1.00pm UK time, and AV professionals can use his Facebook wall to raise their queries, for an immediate response.
Reflex says that the Video Doctor is an independent service that makes commercially aware expertise available through one contact point. It’s a free service to anyone involved with video communications and can be accessed via email, phone and Facebook.
The type of query the Video Doctor can assist with is business-based as well as technical. For example, he can help end users to understand how video communication can benefit their business – or he may advise someone who is looking to distribute video around their business, but is confused by the options.
“The Live Clinic is the latest development in making this service accessible to the widest possible market,” said Roland Dreesden, Reflex’s MD (pictured). “If the demand is there, we intend to make it a regular monthly event.”
To take part in the Live Clinic, simply visit https://www.facebook.com/videodoctor between 12.00noon and 1.00pm on 27th June and write a question on the wall. The Video Doctor will be waiting for posts and will respond straight away.
