Seven new sessions, including ‘Embracing the Cloud’ and ‘The Art of Project Documentation’, will feature on a 14-course schedule at the 2012 edition of ISE.

‘Choosing and Using Control Systems’, ‘Practical Media Delivery over IP Technologies’, ‘Developing Profitable Business Processes’, ‘Delivering 3D’ and ‘Introduction to HVAC Systems’ are the other courses set to debut at the Amsterdam RAI.

CEDIA will also run its EST2 Certification in English, French and Spanish. EST2 (Electronic Systems Technician) is the baseline technical certification for the custom installation industry.

All courses in the programme will be led by expert presenters from within the industry, with the vast majority of sessions lasting either three or one-and-a-half hours. Delegates wishing to book a place can do so via the ISE website. To take advantage of Early Bird discounts, delegates should book before 4 January. Education is offered to CEDIA members at a discounted rate.

Matt Dodd, CEDIA’s chair of education, commented: “We continually strive to provide a high quality education programme with plenty of opportunities for people at all levels and disciplines within the industry. Training is a vital part of CEDIA’s commitment to the industry, and it’s especially important for CI businesses to stay on top of new trends, technologies and best practice in our sector.”
