Audio-Technica has announced the appointment of Pro Audio as distributor for its consumer and professional audio products in South Africa.
Audio-Technica is a leading innovator in transducer and electronics for the audio industry. Users of Audio-Technica microphones and headphones include Gwen Stefani, Rudimental, Faithless, Pendulum, Royal Blood, James Bay, Enter Shikari, You Me At Six and Deaf Havana.
The deal, which runs from tomorrow (September 1), see’s Pro Audio, located close to Johannesburg, enhance its brand offerings, which also includes Turbosound, TC Electronic, HK Audio and Klark Teknik.
Audio-Technica export sales manager Dre Klaassen said of the new agreement: “We’re delighted to welcome Pro Audio to the Audio-Technica family.
