Founded in 1989, ProCon has focused exclusively on the development of simple, cost-effective solutions for classrooms, conference rooms and other small rooms with limited AV control and distribution requirements. The company's product portfolio includes combined keypad and controller systems, presentation and matrix switchers, and distribution amplifiers.
The deal will see ProCon being fully integrated into AMX, will all current ProCon employees becoming AMX employees. The new owner is planning to introduce ProCon products to more markets outside the UK in the near-future.
