Ambersphere Solutions Ltd, a provider of professional lighting solutions in the UK, has officially become part of ACT Entertainment, one of North America’s premier suppliers of entertainment technology.
The acquisition is the logical outcome of a long-standing relationship between the two companies, especially in their distribution of MA Lighting and Ayrton products. The hope is that the development will leverage the strengths of both companies to deliver products, technical service and support to entertainment professionals worldwide.
