Stage Electrics, a UK supplier of technical equipment and integrated solutions to the arts, broadcast, construction, education and theatre industries, has acquired Willow Communications (Willow), a UK specialist in AV integration and the provision of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, serving the gaming, hospitality, holiday park, sport and leisure sectors.
Willow will continue to operate from its Northampton headquarters in the UK, where it has been based since its founding more than 35 years ago by managing director Steve Barlow and finance director Sally Barlow.
