The acquisition brings Project Audio Visual into IUF’s workplace technology business, which focuses on corporate and built-environment projects. IUF said the deal expands its capabilities in workplace AV and managed services while providing continuity for customers and partners during the transition.

Josh Bunce, CEO at IUF, said: “We’re excited to welcome Project Audio Visual into our Workplaces division. Existing customers can have confidence in our scale, international reach, and managed service capability. This move strengthens our ability to deliver seamless digital solutions across workplace projects and enhance our innovation in Workplaces.”

Steve Hudson, COO of Project Audio Visual, said: “The acquisition by IUF creates a positive way forward for the PAV team, as well as for their expertise, relationships and reputation. As we become part of IUF, we’re able to give clients and partners continuity, while opening new opportunities through the wider digital, international and managed services available within the business.”

IUF said Project Audio Visual was selected for its established presence in the UK AV market and its experience delivering technology projects across corporate workplaces and the built environment. The company added that the PAV business will operate within IUF Workplaces and benefit from IUF’s international delivery, technical support and managed services capabilities.
