Cornflake acquired by construction group Ateliers de France

London-based smart home and AV integration specialist, which has operated from its Fitzrovia, London, base for 40 years, will continue with its existing name and team following acquisition

Cornflake, the luxury smart home technology and AV integration specialist, has been acquired by Ateliers de France Group, an international group specialising in high-end residential, heritage and hospitality construction.

The deal marks Ateliers de France Group’s first move into the technology sector and follows a period of management transition at Cornflake. The company will continue to operate under its existing name from its long-standing headquarters and showroom in Fitzrovia, London, with its current team remaining in place. Its focus on luxury residential, hotel and branded residence projects is unchanged.

The acquisition is intended to provide financial and operational stability while opening up opportunities for closer collaboration on large-scale, design-led projects where AV technology, craftsmanship and construction intersect from the earliest project stages.

Alex Brown, managing director at Cornflake, said: “Joining Ateliers de France Group marks an important step forward for Cornflake, enabling us to firmly focus on the future, whilst our priorities remain the same – providing the highest quality service and delivery for our clients and their teams.”

Antoine Courtois, CEO of Ateliers de France Group, added: “They bring deep expertise in luxury technology integration, along with a respected brand and talented team. Cornflake’s heritage and experience in the market give it deep understanding and a well-developed operation that set it apart from its competitors in the UK market.”
