Distributor Invision UK will be in attendance at JVC’s London headquarters on Thursday the 18th October, where JVC will be hosting a showcase of its 2013 True Black range of 3D projectors, which are primarily aimed at home theatre applications. .
The latest line-up comprises the DLA-X95R, DLA-X75R, DLA-X55R and DLA-X35. All are 3D-enabled and, except for the basic model, all offer e-shift2. The DLA-X55R and DLA-X35 offer a choice of a white or black cabinet.
E-shift2 technology, which scales up 2D content to a 4K signal, is said to bring significant improvements in picture performance. Other performance-enhancing features include a new illumination system and a new polarising wire grid, in combination with e-shift2 for higher native contrast.
There will be morning and afternoon preview sessions at JVC House, JVC Business Park, Priestley Way, London NW2, and those interested in attending can register via Invision UK’s website.
Invision UK says that it will shortly be releasing further information regarding its distribution of True Black and the technology behind the range.
