Visualplanet makes glass interactive

Touchfoil, a micron-thin, optically clear touch sensor which can be applied to glass to transform digital information displays, advertising, kiosks and totems into interactive experiences, is on show from ISE 2013 exhibitor Visualplanet.

It can be made to measure to customers’ requirements, ranging from 30in up to 167in, and is manufactured in a range of variations for specific markets. An integrated projection surface can be included for interactive rear-projection solutions, UV blocking can be added to protect interactive outdoor installations, and a digital media player-compatible touchfoil can be used for new displays or to upgrade existing large-scale advertising network deployments into interactive solutions.
