UK AV integrator Impact has launched its Managed Videoconferencing Service which the company says fulfils the key criteria for videoconferencing – that it should be always ready, easy to use and economical.

The new service offers a one-stop option for an integrated and customised videoconferencing solution comprising equipment options, installation and maintenance, and a global end-to-end managed service designed around business needs. It is said to eliminate difficult, time-consuming, multi-vendor management whilst at the same time delivering outstanding reliability and a superior-quality videoconferencing experience.

A 24/7 global service is offered ranging from fully immersive telepresence through to mobile-enabled solutions such as the iPad.
