Updated projectiondesign F32 now shipping

Ian McMurray 14 July 2010

projectiondesign has announced that an updated version of its F32 series of projectors is available for immediate delivery.

With comprehensive changes to optics and colour processing, the updated F32 series now delivers up to 8,000 lumens brightness on some models, is available in a wide range of application-specific configurations, and in WUXGA, 1080p, and SXGA+ resolutions.

Using single-chip DLP technology, the F32 offers projectiondesign’s patented DuArch dual illumination architecture with ‘hot swappable’ lamp modules, together with the RealColor colour management suite. The updates to the F32 series further enhance colour accuracy and display, says the company, alongside the increased brightness levels available, for greatly enhanced image quality and extended calibration and colour-matching capabilities.

“This is the result of feedback from our customers,” said Anders Løkke, international marketing and communications manager at projectiondesign. “Our projectors are increasingly used in a variety of challenging environments, and this, with the requirement for higher brightness levels and better colours, is behind many of the enhancements in the new models. We are delighted to have made the projectors available so soon after announcing them, and are sure that they will find many admirers among our existing and new customers.”
