True Colours to sell TV One’s CORIO3

True Colours Distribution, the technical division of Midwich, specialising in connectivity solutions for complex AV installations, has been chosen by TV One to sell its CORIO3 range of products to the UK market.

CORIO3 is the latest development in video processing technology from TV One. Those already familiar with the earlier CORIO2 will recognise standard features such as any resolution or format in or out, up/down/cross conversion, video wall processing, edge blending, windowing, and multi-viewing. However, CORIO3 gives the added benefit of allowing them all to happen concurrently.

In addition, CORIO3 brings the technology up to date with the addition of simultaneous multiple image processing, real-time 360 degree rotation and image warping which enables off-axis and curved screen projection. This means, according to the company, that the tasks normally handled by routers, seamless switchers, multi-viewers, video wall processors, edge blenders, image rotators, and image warpers can now be managed by one piece of equipment.

“TVOne’s brand new range of CORIO3 products is exciting and innovative,” said sales and marketing director, Iain Campbell of True Colours Distribution. “We are already exploring the plethora of thrilling new AV opportunities in lots of different vertical markets that CORIO3 will bring to us and our customers. We are keen for our customers to come along to True Colours for a demonstration of the full potential of the CORIO3 range of products and have invested in the new LED to edge video wall displays from Samsung to facilitate this.”

“I am delighted to work in partnership with True Colours Distribution as they provide a professional and value-added service to their customers,” said Alan Greenfield of TV One. “Their great support and demonstration facilities put them in a well-established position to further promote the C3-540 CORIOmaster and other CORIO®3 brand products to the UK marketplace.”
