Tesco turns to Saville for events and conferences18 March 2011
Having won a contract as an Approved AV Supplier for Tesco, Saville provided the staging and audio visual facilities for the Tesco AGM in London’s QEll Conference Centre, with support from the company’s Central Resource Unit.
Saville supplied dual screen high definition projection, lighting and sound systems, plus three live camera feeds and script prompting. The projectors, sound system and lighting were flown from a double truss system for the presentation to an audience of more than 1,000 shareholders. The stage set design and programme production was by MCM Productions.
Last year, Saville was appointed as 1st Ranked Approved Supplier for Tesco events nationally, after providing AV equipment, facilities and services for a series of staff and customer focused events in the south east. The company was invited to tender via an official e-procurement process.
