Steljes’ ‘Grab A Grand’ competition has first winner8 July 2011
As resellers enter one of the busiest periods of the year, Steljes, the UK distributor, has recently launched a new initiative to help its resellers capitalise on the opportunities that the summer installation period brings.
The ‘Grab a Grand’ competition is open to all Steljes resellers. Every reseller that sells a SMART UF75 projector – as part of the SMART 600i or 800i interactive whiteboard bundle – will be automatically entered into the weekly prize draw and one lucky reseller will be chosen as the winner of the £1,000 prize. The competition will finish at the end of August.
"I am delighted to be the first prize winner of the Steljes Grab a Grand competition,” said Anna Miller of Amber AV. “Customers really love the latest SMART UF75 projector. It’s both 3D and high definition ready and is the ideal solution for our customers who are looking to future-proof their investment in interactive technologies."
The SMART UF75 projector is an ultra short throw projector – available both in standard and widescreen format – that is said to offer a bright, crisp image and is compatible with the SMART Board 400i, 600i and 800i series. It is also available as a retrofit for all SMART Board 600 and 800 series interactive whiteboards.
“The summer install period opens up a wealth of revenue opportunities for our resellers,” said Martine Dodwell-Bennett, Steljes sales and marketing director (pictured). “We estimate that 40% of business is done during this period. We are launching the competition now so that our resellers can get a head start on turning these opportunities into orders. The Grab a Grand competition focuses on our best selling interactive whiteboards – the 600i and 800i series – with SMART’s latest projector – the UF75 – and is the ideal solution for schools who are looking to refresh their existing interactive whiteboard state and who want to future proof their investment in SMART’s interactive technologies as the SMART UF75 is both 3D and high definition ready.”
