RTI launches new controllers at ISE 2013

Visit Stand 5-S92 at the RAI in Amsterdam at Integrated Systems Europe 2013 on 29-31 January 2013 for the latest products from Remote Technologies Inc (RTI). Among new RTI products on show at ISE 2013 are:
T2i and T2x handheld controllersRTI’s T2i and T2x take style to an unprecedented level with thinner, sleeker, and more ergonomic designs. For improved gesture support, the handheld controllers feature flush-mount, edge-to-edge touch screens, while integrated grip sensors conveniently keep the remotes turned on while they’re being held. Complementing their design with functionality, the T2i and T2x offer a dual RF platform for either one-way control via 433-MHz RF or bidirectional communication with RTI processors and supported third-party electronics through 2.4-GHz ZigBee. In addition, the T2x boasts Wi-Fi support and a built-in accelerometer for control by hand movements. This allows for commands such as rewind and fast-forward with the flick of a wrist.   KX2 in-wall controller (pictured)The KX2 in-wall controller’s elegant design maintains the perfect balance between programmable hard buttons and display size. At 2.8 inches, the LCD is small enough to blend into any environment, yet provides the resolution necessary for displaying custom buttons, text, and graphics. When approached by an end user, a proximity sensor automatically brings the unit to life. From there, the KX2’s infrared output port provides direct control of almost any A/V component or lighting system from up to 1,000 feet away. The controller’s 12 hard buttons and graphic interface are fully programmable using RTI’s Integration Designer software. KX2’s integrated 10/100Base-T Ethernet port with Power-over-Ethernet provides the flexibility to accommodate any installation.
