Planar 323sqft videowall markets Miami luxury apartments

The developers of the Paramount Miami Worldcenter have specified Planar’s Clarity Matrix LCD videowall system to help market its luxury condominiums to future buyers.

To help sell the condominiums, the developers have combined 36 Clarity Matrix LCD videowall displays into a 323sqft digital videowall in the 706ft Paramount Miami Worldcenter residential tower. The videowall presents potential buyers with floorplans, images and HD video of the luxury residences.

“Paramount Miami Worldcenter is an environment like no other in terms of its amenities, cultural and entertainment opportunities, and even its private access to the mall below. We wanted a digital platform like Planar’s Clarity Matrix Video Wall solution to help people see it to the fullest, to become excited about it, and to want to be part of it,” said Daniel Kodsi, developer of Paramount Miami Worldcenter. “Clarity Matrix is transformational. It combines visuals that help put people in the mood to buy, so it’s a very important asset for us in this highly competitive condominium market.”

Paramount Miami Worldcenter worked with Miami-based system integration firm iHummingbird to design and install the LCD videowall solution.

“Paramount Miami Worldcenter is certain to become a world class destination, and we are thrilled that Clarity Matrix was chosen to bring the project to life for future residents,” said Jennifer Davis, VP of marketing and product strategy for Planar Systems. “Creative uses of the Clarity Matrix such as this demonstrate how Planar videowalls can serve as effective sales tools in a broad range of environments.”
