Peerless mount range offers ‘endless design possibilities’

Peerless-AV has launched its new RMI2 Rotational Mount Interfaces, one for wall mounts, the other for trolleys and stands, both with 360° total rotation. The two solutions, RMI12W and RMI12C have been developed from the rotational DS-VWM770 videowall mount introduced in 2015.

“Our new RMI2 range builds on the innovation of the initial 2015 model, with added versatility and functionality,” said Keith Dutch, managing director, Peerless-AV EMEA. “The Rotational Mount Interfaces enable installers and end users to take single displays, videowalls, trolleys and stands to the next level by providing an endless array of design possibilities.”

Both RMI2W and RMI2C mount interface models are compatible with multiple Peerless-AV wall mounts, trolleys and stands for quick conversion into tool-less rotational solutions that allow endless screen positioning. Using the mount interface, a display can be rotated from landscape to portrait orientation with a simple pull of the spring-loaded lever.

The mount interfaces are tamper resistant and ideal for standard or creative digital signage displays. They support a maximum load of 79kg and allow a display to be quickly and easily rotated in 15° increments within 360° total rotation. Adding less than 25mm (on RMI2C model) and 33mm (on RMI2W model) to overall depth, they can also be stored in portrait to save space and protect the displays from accidental damage.
