Recognising the need to expand its repertoire to encapsulate more sophisticated installation requirements for IP video door systems, DoorBird is showcasing its D21X Series at ISE 2018.

DoorBird claims its new series of multi-tenant solutions offer more comfort, multi-family solutions and increased security, with ‘a high individuality factor in a sophisticated and high quality design’. Integrated RFID technology enables keyless access while adhering to high safety standards. In addition, the new generation offers sensitive echo and noise suppression, and two individually configurable switching relays, as well as a motion sensor with ‘4D technology’.

With its larger keypad units, users have the option to operate a full-colour digital display, which allows visitors to scroll and select their destination. The display is also triggered by a motion sensor, greeting guests before they’ve even pushed a button. Alternatively it can be used without the digital display.
