Digital signage company ONELAN has strengthened its board with a view, it said, to supporting the next phase of the company’s expansion plans. The aim is to spread responsibility to senior managers with experience in their respective fields.

Nick Randall (pictured) is a local businessman with a strong track record of financing and actively developing a number of successful technology companies. Randall started his career with ten years at Perkin Elmer followed by a stint at EMI Medical before becoming MD of Oxford Magnet Technology. He is now a director and chairman of ONELAN’s board.

Adrian Exton, a long time advisor to the board, has now become a fully signed up director. With an electronic engineering background, Exton was managing director of Optibase and active in its launch on the NASDAQ. He subsequently formed The Leon Partnership and BlueSight Systems.

Mark Cronin is an experienced Technical Officer in small-l and medium sized technology businesses. His expertise lies in media distribution via satellite and other means. Cronin joined the ONELAN team from Arqiva and is now also a fully signed up director of ONELAN.

He has 33 years experience in global manufacturing covering Mexico, Hungary and UK, and has worked previously for Racal Dana, Mars Electronics and Stryker UK.
