OmniMount launches redesigned commercial website

The AV mount and furniture manufacturer has also announced new developments in the expansion of its professional products division. Designed for easy navigation, the new website features a clean, attractive design, and incorporates extensive product showcases and corporate promotions.

Specific features of the new-look site include: clearer navigation and intuitive organisation through every aspect of the site, including a ‘breadcrumb trail’ that helps users identify their location easily; a MountFinder feature that selects all mount options compatible with the specified flat panel; a Live Chat feature enabling users to chat online with a customer service representative during business hours; a side-by-side product comparison function; a more user-friendly Dealer Resource Centre, supported by; a regularly updated Where to Buy section; and – in the near-future – .dwg and .dxf files for download on each product page, allowing architects and designers to specify OmniMount products as part of a design package.

"Our goal for this redesign was to create a website that integrators can quickly and easily navigate, packed with a wealth of product information," said Hal Truax, director of the commercial division for OmniMount. "Customer service has always been a top priority for OmniMount, and this new site is just a part of that ongoing commitment."

In a parallel development, the company has hired rep firm World Marketing Associates to help grow its professional products division. Led by Francis Williams and Julian Young, World Marketing Associates is responsible for setting up a distributor network across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

"OmniMount is a strong brand in our market, known for high-quality products that offer innovative features," said Williams. "The opportunity to introduce this brand to the professional market is a win-win for all of us because there’s a need for those inventive commercial-grade products like the new offerings in their portfolio."

Truax told IE Residential: "The decision to develop our professional market in EMEA directly correlates to the recent expansion of the OmniMount product line. With the introduction of our mobile video and digital signage carts (PRODHCART/PROIQCART), rack enclosures (RE27/RE18) and micro-adjust projector mount (HDPJTMA), we are confident that OmniMount is well-positioned for success here."
