New marketing VP for AKG

In August 2000, he joined IT systems integrator Schrack BusinessCom, and within the company held positions such as division lead marketing and product management for Austria and Eastern Europe, as well as head of strategic alliances and purchasing.

“With the addition of Alfred Reinprecht to our management team, we have completed a reorganisation, building a strong, multifaceted alliance ready to take AKG to the next level,” said Stefan Gubi, president of AKG Acoustics. “I am very pleased that we now have Alfred on board, as his talents and dedicated managerial style will support additional company growth. We have committed ourselves to an even stronger brand position in the coming years and Alfred will be of excellent support in this pursuit.”

Reinprecht commented: “I have always had a strong passion for music, which makes it even more of a pleasure to now work for one of the biggest brands in professional audio. My goal is to further develop and strengthen the AKG brand, leveraging its technical innovations for more global prominence.”
