In addition to providing on-hand stock, the Corby locations means that UK customers do not need to plan their dealings with Draper Group around a four- or five-hour time difference with a US-based headquarters.
The new office is headed by operations manager Wakeley Gage, who says that a finished goods inventory is already in place.
“Draper is well known in North America for a commitment to servicing all [of] a customer’s needs,” said Gage. “Draper Group Limited is intent on earning the same reputation, but in a way that is uniquely tailored to meeting the needs of the UK marketplace.”
Elaborating on the role of the new operation, Gage told II: “Draper has a whole range of screens, projector lifts and mounts, on which we are offering a full installation service to all our customers. We can also offer full bespoke furniture design and manufacture for all applications.”
