Upcoming AVIXA Business Workshops in London and Dublin announced

Sessions this October will provide a practical introduction to mindfulness and emotional intelligence in the workplace

The AVIXA Business Workshops return to London and Dublin next month (October), and once again these events offer a great combination of excellent value and stimulating content.

Taking place on the 16th and 18th October 2018 (in Dublin and London respectively) this year’s sessions will provide a practical introduction to mindfulness and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Right on trend with latest corporate management best practice, the sessions are open to both AVIXA members and non-members alike.

“Rather than put on a standard training course, for our Business Workshops we try to broaden our remit and offer delegates something a little different,” says Ben Bernard, regional manager UK & Ireland at AVIXA. “This year we are exploring mindfulness, one of the hot topics in the latest corporate thinking. With well documented benefits including enhanced well-being, better performance and improved collaboration, it is no surprise that mindfulness is being embraced by organisations across the globe. Featuring theory and practice, our sessions in Dublin and London, will provide the perfect introductory sampler to this up-to-date business topic.”

Led by Senior Teacher of the Search Inside Yourself program and Google staff member, Rob Houston, this interactive workshop, Explore Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence will provide easy-to-use tools and useful principles that you can easily adopt in the workplace or share with colleagues.
