Engage Works unveils collaboration software solution3 November 2017
Creative technology agency Engage Works has announced the introduction of CoCreate, its advanced collaboration software solution.
CoCreate brings content, data and ideas into a single, digital environment, accelerating the business process, the company claims.
Developed from methodologies employed during collaborative working, CoCreate has been built around human-centric processes, shaped with input from Engage Works’ biggest clients. The collaborative software solution is said to energise meetings, enhance sales pitches and engage workforces in a positive environment, helping and encouraging them to sell smarter, work more efficiently and collaborate better.
CoCreate allows users to access multiple content streams simultaneously in an interactive environment, capturing thought processes in a clear visual format. Its powerful ‘design-thinking templates’ help collaborators to collate, analyse and develop ideas, transforming meetings into inspirational events where everybody has a voice.
“Collaboration technology’s positive effects on business are clearly increasing year on year, and CoCreate is set take things to the next level,” commented Engage Works founder and group CEO Steve Blyth. “CoCreate will assist companies in increasing productivity, refining and improving decision-making and broadening innovation.”
“Early iterations of CoCreate are already being used by some of the world’s most influential companies, including EY, KPMG, PwC, CapGemini and Accenture,” added David Wilson, workplace consultant director at Engage. “We’re excited to be able to now market CoCreate as a branded solution and anticipate that it will be a game-changer for workplace collaboration.”
Combining a large touchscreen application, which pulls content from folders to display, annotate and manipulate across the entire touch surface, and an iPad companion app for the creation of transferable digital post-it notes, pictures and videos, CoCreate can also link multiple screens together and send content between them.
Hardware agnostic, CoCreate can be easily retro fitted to existing legacy systems. Fully scalable, from tablet to videowall, it is future expansion-friendly on the Universal Windows Platform (UWP), and is built for touch. The system is available as a licensed software platform with support, or also with supplied collaboration hardware.
