Dynamax selected for major digital signage install

Cost, ease of installation and scalability have been among the primary considerations for the project, which sees Clear Channel implement its Extreme Triple Screen set-up, based on the placing of three columns of screens. Each column incorporates three LCD panels stacked in portrait configuration around support pillars in the corridors of the malls.

To schedule and monitor the content – which is looped every two minutes – Clear Channel Norway has selected Dynamax POV software.

Ian McKenzie, CEO of Dynamax Technologies, told II: “The Norwegian digital signage market is becoming even more fast-paced, with advertising close to point-of-sale being in greater demand. This Clear Channel rollout into the 25 malls in Norway is helping to secure a key position for them to meet these growing demands in the out-of-home advertising sector through 2009 and beyond.
