Dynacord enhances PowerMate series with 600-3

The feature set of the PowerMate 600-3 powered mixer includes extremely low-noise and low-hum and electronically balanced XLR microphone inputs (extremely low THD, typically <0.002%). Also incorporated are stereo line channels, digital audio interface (USB port), PC-MIDI interface and a master section tailored to the needs of day-to-day practice that features a nine-band master stereo equaliser.  The Class D stereo power amplifier delivers a nominal output of 2x 1,000W RMS (into 4 ohms) and has Dynacord’s tried-and-tested protection package on board. The Speaker Protection technology allows optimal adjustment of the continuous power output of the PowerMate’s power amplifiers to the speakers connected. Furthermore, through dynamic limiting of the maximum power at the output, loudspeaker damage through thermal overload can be avoided without sacrificing the wide dynamic range of the power amplifiers. The PowerMate 600-3 is designed for all professional applications in which few channels yet very high amplifier output are required. It comes during a busy year for Dynacord, with a host of new prducts also released earlier in 2012. www.dynacord.de
