Dimedis and Bosch focus on retail at ISE 201625 January 2016
Signage in DIY superstores is a major focus for dimedis during this year’s ISE, as illustrated in the company’s interactive Bosch Experience Zone, which is run in conjunction with the power tools division at Robert Bosch GmbH.
The Bosch Experience Zone, located on the dimedis stand, is a shop-in-shop project for DIY superstores worldwide, with the objective of creating a brand island in which customers receive information and inspiration and are able to try out products in a practice-oriented environment.
The Bosch Experience Zone integrates interactive digital signage into modern shopfitting. The central information terminal is run using the kompas digital signage software by dimedis. The terminal aims to boost customer loyalty and encourages customers to make purchases and interact using a touchscreen.
With 23 languages available, the user interface can be used around the world. The information gathered can be printed out and taken away and information can be transmitted to a smartphone using the QR code.
