test 3 August 2007

New recruit Niall Duggan will have the task of providing technical and training support to the expanding network of Crestron residential and commercial dealers throughout Ireland.

Duggan will be based in the new office at the Citywest Business Campus, where he will use his AV and electrical knowledge to maximise opportunities for the company in the Irish market.

Sean Cleary, Crestron’s sales manager for Ireland, will be overseeing activities in the region. He said: “We are delighted to welcome Niall to the team. He will be a valuable asset to the company as a whole and his hands-on expertise will be invaluable to our dealers locally.”

Robin van Meeuwen, managing director for Crestron UK and Ireland, is really pleased with the addition of the Irish base, and views it as a very positive move for the future.

He said: “I am extremely excited to be announcing the creation of a permanent Crestron base in Ireland and this latest move reflects the strength of our commitment to our dealers here.”
