CPL maintains ISO9001 status

Central Presentations (CPL), the AV rental specialist based in the West Midlands and Bristol in the UK has maintained its ISO 9001:2008 certification for the fourth year running, without any non-compliance or non-conformance requests.

The ISO standard refers to the quality of the management and other systems in place and the company’s overall commitment and ability to deliver outstanding customer service, products and general support and efficiency to its clients. ISO9001 is designed to encourage excellence in companies and organisations and to help them understand and instigate the best and most appropriate processes for delivering premium service.

A rigorous audit, including a comprehensive inspection and report, precedes the certification being awarded or renewed annually.

"ISO 9001 status is a great validation of our systems and working practices, and also a tribute to the incredible teamwork throughout the whole company,” said CPL MD Matthew Boyse, “from our project and account managers, administration staff, engineers, technicians, service and support personnel and frontline crew.” He added that retaining ISO9001 will help the company move forward with long term strategic objectives and consolidating their current business plans.

CPL has built its reputation on designing, specifying, consulting and supplying AV, video and projection technology to projects of all sizes, spanning a range of sectors including the corporate and experiential events markets, live productions, rental and staging applications and installations.

CPL has just doubled the size of its West Midlands warehouse and office facility in a recent expansion which will help streamline the company’s operational efficiency yet further, it says.
