Complete suite for smarter homes8 February 2017
Air – a suite for smart homes that learns the user’s preferences, tunes existing dumb appliances, notifies of emergencies and saves energy – is on show at ISE 2017.
Air creates mood lighting for any occasion, programs televisions to address the needs of various family members, such as children who may require limited viewing time, warms bedrooms, turns on electrical appliances and controls security systems from a smartphone.
Air is particularly helpful to people with disabilities or the elderly, who can use their mobile device to perform certain tasks that require physical exertion. It aims to give the user control of the home, whether they are in the house or halfway across the world.
