PSCo has appointed Amanda Green to the position of chief operating officer – responsible for presenting Technical Distribution, Rental and Nearly New AV as unified, complementary divisions. Reporting to Stuart Holmes, CEO of PSCo, Green will manage core operations across the three divisions, managing internal communication processes, team management and strategic planning to ensure each works to its best ability.
Holmes commented: “This new position has been created to reflect PSCo’s commitment to its customers. Amanda is joining us with a wealth of experience and knowledge to help ensure smooth daily internal and external operations for maximum efficiency. I have full confidence that she will bring the three divisions closer together so our customers benefit from a strengthened approach with access to the full PSCo offering of technical expertise, value added distribution, rental and used AV equipment trading. Amanda will focus on positioning PSCo as one umbrella company with a common vision to be a thriving, forward-thinking industry leader.”

This will be the first time that PSCo has had a completely co-ordinated long-term strategy across the businesses. It will look at everything from the internal operations, including finance, IT, HR, and warehouse, to the delivery of the products and services to our customers and partners.”
Green joins from SMR Automotive Mirrors UK, where she spent nearly three years as managing director, delivering significant change and business wide improvement during a period of rapid growth. A qualified ACMA (Associate Chartered Management Accountant), she has over 20 years’ operational, financial and general management experience in manufacturing, support services and technology businesses, with extensive involvement in driving business improvement and cultural change.
