Canon signs projector distribution deal with AVM

Audio Visual Material (AVM) has expanded its projector offering, signing a new distribution deal with Canon.

The Canon projector portfolio has a full range of multimedia projectors for a variety of environments, applications and business needs. This includes large venue installation models, UST, portable and full HD and 4K options.

Garry Pennell (pictured left), key account manager – projectors for Canon UK commented: “We are delighted that Audio Visual Material will be offering our extensive range of XEED, LV and LX projectors to its customers in the UK. AVM is an established distributor with a team that offers extensive industry and technical knowledge making them an ideal distribution partner for our range of projectors.”

Mark Nisbet (pictured right), MD at AVM commented: “We’ve developed this relationship with Canon to give our customers additional choice. Canon introduces a new technology option to our portfolio, their owned LCOS panels. And on the XEED range, their AISYS (Aspectual Illumination System) technology means they are the only projectors that can guarantee brightness regardless of the projector’s distance from the screen. Their projector range offers solutions for the sectors of the market that are growing. Add to that a whole raft of benefits and incentives for integrators who choose to become part of the Authorised Partner programme and we believe the brand offers an attractive proposition for customers.”
