The company’s first ever native 4K projector, the EB-L12000Q, is being launched at ISE by Epson, together with its first 20,000-lumen WUXGA resolution projector

The company’s first ever native 4K projector, the EB-L12000Q, is being launched at ISE by Epson, together with its first 20,000-lumen WUXGA resolution projector

Both are designed to work with existing Epson lenses used by the EB-L1000 Series, which are 4K-compatible, so no expensive replacements are needed.

The EB-L12000Q has a compact casing, designed to fit into industry-standard tubular steel frames, and can be mounted at, and project from, any angle, including portrait. It also has a built-in camera, which works with Epson Professional Projector Tool software to allow multiple-unit set-ups and remote troubleshooting, as well as techniques such as edge blending and projection mapping. The unit comes with Epson’s five-year, 20,000-hour warranty.

Also being announced is the EB-L20000U, Epson’s first entry into the popular compact 20,000-lumen WUXGA installation projector category. It slots into the company’s range just below the flagship EB-L25000U. With a smaller casing compatible with industry-standard tubular steel frames, it too can be mounted and project from any angle, including portrait. Like the EB-L12000Q, it has a built-in camera for remote troubleshooting which can also be used in conjunction with Epson Professional Projector Tool software for edge blending and projection mapping.
