Wiggins – whose career in UK and European pro-audio spans more than 15 years – will work closely with Meyer Sound’s marketing department in Berkeley and with the sales force throughout Europe.

“As we continue to grow our customer base in the European market and experience an increasing demand for Meyer Sound products in the region, it’s essential for us to bolster our marketing efforts there as well,” commented Helen Meyer, executive vice-president of Meyer Sound. “Dave is an extremely knowledgeable and well-connected member of the professional audio industry who carries a lot of influence in the European market. It’s a privilege to have him join the team at Meyer Sound to lead this effort.”

“Meyer Sound has captured my admiration and respect from the time I entered the industry, and I’m extremely pleased to be joining the company,” commented Wiggins. “Coming from working with such well-respected brands as Midas and KT, there are only a few companies who share the same brand values of technical excellence, innovation and customer service. This is a tremendous opportunity and exciting challenge for me. Meyer Sound is a unique company with a promising future and I’m looking forward to ensuring the company reaches its full growth potential in the European market.”
