Absen to showcase narrow pixel pitch LED panels for IBC debut

Absen will mark its IBC debut by exhibiting a number of broadcast ready LED solutions including the 2.4mm pixel pitch N2 and the A Series ultra-high definition LED panels.

“Absen is extremely excited to debut the N2 panel at this year’s IBC show,” commented Ruben Rengel, MD of Absen Europe. “Although the N2 and its bigger brother, the N4, are highly versatile LED panels suitable for a whole manner of indoor applications from retail to digital signage, we’re here at IBC to demonstrate their relevance for the broadcast market too.”

The HD resolution available with the Absen N2 Narrow Pixel Pitch (NPP) technology makes it suited to the retail and broadcast markets. The N2 also utilises A3C (Absen’s third generation calibration technology), which offers consumers colour consistency and brightness uniformity.

Due to the N Series’ narrow profile, installation thickness within 10cm, the N2 saves space and is easy to install and service. Additionally, the power supply and cooling system ensure operational silence, which makes the panel suitable for a variety of environments.

The two products on show from the A Series are the A1.2 and A1.6, which are also NPP solutions and incorporate A3C. Both are targeted at the broadcast industry but are equally suited to control rooms, shopping centres and conference rooms. The A1.2 and A1.6 are 1.2mm and 1.6mm pixel pitch respectively and utilise Absen’s panel locking system for quick assembly.

“We’re extremely excited about our selection of products on offer at IBC, and we’re also very proud to show and demonstrate them to potential customers and hear their feedback,” concluded Rengel. “Furthermore, with the new range of N series LED panels, Absen’s contribution to the broadcast market is sure to contribute to Absen’s strengthening foothold in Europe.”
